Your New Parents is a Maryland-based indie lo-fi rock band featuring Heather Brown Dodge (Esquimaux, Gary Jules & The Group Rules), Graham Dodge (Esquimaux), Mark Jickling (Half-Japanese, Old Songs) and Jake Fine (Seven Teller, Luvable Idiots). Your New Parents’ debut EP called ‘Westminster’ features 5 songs including the track ‘You Hurt The Ones That You Love’ that combines the fragile voice of Heather Brown Dodge influenced by artists like Lana Del Rey with the wailing guitar of Mark Jickling, influenced by Kurt Cobain and countless others.
