Inspired by Indie rock and Hip hop, Phyn., uproots his influences by fusing them into a distinctly singular sound that embellishes west coast culture and sad boi jams. Born to an immigrant mother from the Philippines and a Chicago transplant father, Phyn. spent his childhood in the Bay Area playing in an indie rock band. After his hiatus from music, Phyn. sheds a new light as a solo artist.
